Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@biskini.com. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Refunds for lost items are issued only after the carrier completes an investigation.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused, and unwashed items.

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, swimwear) unless defective.

Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Exchanges
